Together, we are continuing to imagine what a home can become when it is created for sharing.
Casa Salcido is the home of Chef Silvana Salcido Esparza and Dra. Serina Payan Hazelwood, wives and collaborators whose work comes together through food, education, regenerative design, culture, and community.
Chef Silvana brings a lifetime of culinary knowledge and the belief that what we know has value when we share it. Dra Payan brings her work as an educator, regenerative designer, and facilitator, tending the relationships among land, water, plants, animals, people, and the gatherings held here.
